Requirements:
B.Sc. in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2–4 years of maintenance experience in compounds
Strong knowledge of MEP systems
Experience supervising technicians and subcontractors
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily maintenance operations within the compound
Execute preventive and corrective maintenance plans
Follow up with technicians to ensure quality and safety standards
