STANDARDS for project and facility management company is seeking a qualified residential compound manager to oversee the full operations of a premium residential compound in Port Said.
Key Responsibilities:
Full management of compound operations, including maintenance, security, cleaning, and landscaping.
Supervision and leadership of on-site teams (MEP technicians, security staff, gardeners).
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all MEP systems.
Act as the main point of contact for residents and handle complaints professionally.
Manage operational budgets and coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering .
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential compound or property management.
Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills.
